On Blogging to Imaginary Friends in the Sandbox

It fits right in with this month/week (Happy Halloween!) as it is a horrifying concept—or reality—to many who know what it is and most who are stuck within. What is it? New domains (and not all new domains I’ve personally felt) are pushed out of Google’s results and—let’s face the reality—hidden to most of the world.
